LEGO Worlds is an open environment of procedurally-generated Worlds made entirely of LEGO bricks which you can freely manipulate and dynamically populate with LEGO models. Create anything you can imagine one brick at a time, or use large-scale landscaping tools to create vast mountain ranges and dot your world with tropical islands.
Mario Odyssey on the Nintendo Switch has Mario leaving the Mushroom Kingdom to reach an unknown open world-like setting, like Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine. He sets out to stop Bowser from Marrying Peach while exploring many kingdoms and areas. With his new companion Cappy! allows him to control characters including a Trex and other known characters from the Mario universe.
Sea of thieves is a game made by Rare, and released by Microsoft, And available on Xbox One and PC. It was released in 2018 and just had its anniversary. It’s an open world (on the seas) adventure game with single and multiplayer parts, along with character progression and the ability to earn cosmetic designs.
I love Lego… Could end it there lol, over the years Lego had improved in design, quality and choice of characters and my enjoyment and love of it has grown.
