Twycross Zoo is a Zoo that focuses on conservation which has a variety of animals indoors and outdoors, and their message carries of conservation follows through the whole place. Its located a the Village of Twycross near Hinkley, Tamworth with Coventry and Birmingham not far.
Paradise Wildlife Park is part of the Zoological Society of Hertfordshire and located north of Enfield not far from the A10 off the M25. It has both animals as well as a dinosaur area with play areas also.
Madame Tussauds is located near Baker Street station, which takes you also past a great Sherlock Holmes statue. It’s part of the Merlin group of attractions so if you own a Merlin Annual pass its great way to spend a couple of hours in London seeing some unusual and interesting sights.
The O2 arena is located at North Greenwich in London and is home to various events concerts, bars, restaurants, cinema, bowling and now a shopping centre. All located in and around the arena itself, with the Up at the O2 climbing experience near the entrance should you wish to take the activity.
SEALIFE centres are located all around Britain and we have had the opportunities to visit 6 of them using our annual Merlin passes. The locations we have been are Great Yarmouth, London, Blackpool, Birmingham, Hunstanton and Manchester, they might all be sea life centres but are they very different? is it worth going to more than 1? would the experience be different?
The London Transport Museum is located in London Covent Garden. This being said surrounded by several shops, boutiques, cafe and places to eat and drink the day away With some regular entertainment.
The Warner Brothers studio Tour is located in London near Watford and is based on the hugely popular Harry Potter films. In the location of where much of the movies were filmed. It has been around for a few years but the Gringotts Bank is its latest addition.
