When you think of Florida, you probably think of family holidays. It’s the home of Disney World, after all, so it’s only natural to associate the US state with family fun. Florida can also be a pretty affordable place to go, and it’s not too far away, being on the east side of the US. If you plan your trip well, you can avoid spending too much, making it a great introduction to the country for your whole family.
Butlins Holiday parks are Family resorts located across the county and can cater to all types of people and families in a range of activities, they can differ from each of the 3 but essentially it’s the same concept. We’ve been able to visit all 3 at some point but as the years have gone on it has been one of the favorite places for the kids to go, for days out or holidays, etc.
Butlins Minehead is located in Minehead, West of Bristol and Weston super mare. Across the sea From Wales! and near Bridgend and Taunton. It’s part of the Butlins group with other locations around England such as Bognor Regis and Skegness. We visited during the summer holidays.
