Lego 21320 is part of the ideas range in which fan-made projects can be submitted and voted upon to be made into actual sets from Lego, they tend to only have current pieces available to use, and not all sets that get votes get chosen by Lego themselves. Pokemon Shield is the latest in the long-lasting Pokemon Franchise which covers, Movies, Tv Series, Toys and Games, the games themselves cover multiple generations of consoles across the Nintendo family, and is even a Mobile App game now.
