    Action films have always been close to my heart, I grew up on watching them and all of my friends enjoy action films, often will reference them and talk about them. Carrying on the Top 5 series Action films can spawn different emotions, and I often think can look great on a big TV or cinematic experience.

  • My Top 5 Animated Films | Disney Classic

    Animated films can mean a lot to us, whether it be when we were young, learning, having fun, or when we are older, enjoying or even reminiscing, One of the biggest companies in the world Disney has generally always been on top form and has a mighty collection of animated films that have always entertained us, ignoring the late 90’s and early 2000’s when they weren’t doing so well at that. Their library is so fast and the range can satisfy almost everyone.

  • My Top 5 Sci-fi | In Space

    This top 5 spawned from a discussion with my friends, who are largely geeks, im a geek but they are the next level up, so as i asked them about this topic it went into a debate and thus the breakdown “in Space” was born, as Sci-fi was so broad i needed to segregate it. I do enjoy a good Sci-fi films and often some of my more enjoyable films of the past have been set in space, so what was my Top 5?

  • My Secret Love of Chick flick Film

    We all enjoy all sorts of different movies, I myself have quite a varied taste in them. Like movies, music, games, TV programs, etc I do not have a defined favourite, though LOTR probably goes the closest on Movies, but in reality, I don’t have favourite or have an overall top 5 of anything.   • My Top 5 Childhood Films | 80’s Edition

    We all have special films close to heart and depending on when you grew up, the films choice would vary, for me I grew up in the 80’s and early 90’s so my childhood films were often set from there, these may not always be the best, and for others they may not understand why you like them etc but we do, it often jogs a memory, brings back those memories, can fill you with joy, but also a tinge of sadness sometimes.

  • Disney Plus – A Dad Review

    Disney Plus is a streaming service produced by Disney which can be viewed on multiple platforms, its library contains many of Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar and National Geographical Films and TV Series, it’s staggered released around the world and was released in the UK in March 2020, and currently retails at £5.99, though there was a year launch package for a reduced amount.

  • Lord of The Rings – Tigger and I Love it

    Lord of the Rings is a book by J.R.R Tolkien which is also been developed into a Film by Peter Jackson and co, New Line Cinema and others. Which will also be spawning a new TV Series on Amazon Prime, however The hobbit, is the prequel to these which I will refer to no doubt. Tolkien did many other books and poetry so feel free to have a look at those also.

  • Top 5 MCU Marvel Films – Phase 1-4 (spoilers)

    Marvel is one of my favourite things, especially the fils, for years for a year I watched cartoons read comics, always hoping that some big-time decent movies were done. We had the odd film made and in general, they were great, Fantastic Four was disappointing, Blade was briefly good, original Punisher was great but none of the others, Hulk was ok but who cared

    We are big film fans, most weeks we enjoy a family Film night, and Xmas time is no different.
