It’s recommended that you get around two liters of water to replace the water that you lose through the day doing various activities. The body is made up of a large percentage of water, which should show you how important it is to stay up to date with it.
For a lot of people this sounds like a challenge, even though drinking four cups of coffee before 10am doesn’t seem difficult at all. If you replace one or two of these cups with water, and then make sure that you’re drinking it regularly through the day you should manage to get two liters.
